Project Brief

The MEADOWS Is high rise multi storey residential development designed on an area of approximately16 acres with more than 900 apartments of 5 different sizes. The project includes other amenities such as Club, Outdoor Amphitheater, Swimming Pool, Two level basement parking basement for more than 1200 vehicles.

Horizon Design Studio was involved from the initial design stage and was involved in all the stages including statutory compliance, Tenders, construction package and coordination with other consultant . The design approach is minimalist in nature and tower blocks are arranged on the edges to create a communal central space for the whole development. The apartments layout are designed to get the maximum views and none of the apartments are with single aspects. The living space is open plan with open kitchen, each bedroom has private balconies facing central green or towards the low rise development.

This TWO million square feet development is constructed in completely concrete with high specification and by using low maintenance material.
